I graduated from the University of Art and Culture in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. I have been enthusiastic about drawing and sculpting since childhood, often creating models from clay.
My teacher was a famous Mongolian sculptor. He studied at the Moscow Surikov State Academic Institute of Fine Arts. Notable Mongolian artists were trained in Russia during the Soviet era. Thank you to my teachers for providing lessons and a solid art foundation.
Mongolia has three main traditions in art and culture: Nomadic, Buddhist, and Shamanistic. At the University, I studied European classic art discipline and conducted practices and studies on our traditional art. However, I am not restricting my work to a single direction or discipline.
I create art inspired by the spirit of the nomadic essence of Mongolia. My sculptures speak to the harmony between humanity and nature, honoring the stories and traditions that have shaped my identity as an artist.
Through my work, I aim to convey the beauty and resilience of life in the steppe, inviting others to experience the magic of this remarkable environment.
